Below is a detailed guide to our accepted payment methods, payment schedules, and international shipping terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We prioritize secure, traceable, and globally recognized payment methods for all wholesale and custom manufacturing orders.
1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire Transfer)
This is our primary and preferred method for all bulk orders. It is the most secure and cost-effective way to process international B2B transactions.
How it works: Once your order details are finalized, we will issue a formal, company-stamped Proforma Invoice (PI) containing our official corporate bank details via the SWIFT network.
Processing time: International wire transfers typically take 2 to 5 business days to clear, depending on your local bank.
The Billing & Payment Process
Here is exactly what you can expect when placing an order with us:
Quotation: You approve the final unit price, shipping cost (if applicable), and lead times.
Proforma Invoice (PI): We issue a PI detailing the exact order specifications, agreed Incoterms, and our official T/T bank details.
Deposit Payment: You initiate the 30% T/T wire transfer and send us the bank slip so we can prepare raw materials while the funds clear.
Production & QC: We manufacture your goods and perform strict internal quality control.
Final Approval & Balance: We share final production media (or host your 3rd party inspector). You initiate the 70% balance payment.
Shipping: Once the balance is received, we release the cargo to the freight forwarder and provide your tracking documents.
